Juvenile Administrator-Family Court

Shiawassee County is accepting applications for the position of Juvenile Administrator.  This position is a 40 hour a week position with benefits.

Under the direction of the Probate Court Judge/Presiding Family Division Judge, manages and supervises the Juvenile Division of the Family Court, as well as juvenile casework staff.  Assists in planning, developing and implementing programs and policies to improve court services and maintain compliance with statutes and court rules.  Coordinates activities with other court operations and other community agencies.  Performs functions of juvenile division employees as needed in the absence of staff.

Education:  Masters Degree or equivalent in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling or related area.

Experience:  Four years of professional level experience in juvenile court or closely related setting involving services to delinquent youth.

Salary Range:  $45,284 - $55,402
